Our new beer, the Trade Winds IPA is in the fermenter finally. A true English IPA in the style of those sent to India in the 1860's. The beer is going to be around 6% alcohol, have a high bitterness and lots of hop flavour.

We have finally released two new beers. The Harvest Moon Organic lager is made from 100% certified organic ingredients. It has a slight cloudiness as we haven't even used the normal silicon based clarification agent to keep it as pure as possible. We believe that this is the only organic beer made in SA.

The Madam Rouge follows the belgian tradition of infusing fruit flavours into the beers. It is still a beer (not a sweet alcopop) and has a strong strawberry aroma and flavour. We have only used concentrated strawberry juice in this beer, and of course the malt, hops, yeast and water. You won't find any artifical flavours, colours or preservatives in our beers.

Both these beers will be available for ordering from Saturday

The British Hotel at the corner of Nelson St and North Parade Port Adelaide (just before the bridge) will be re-opening on Tuesday December 15. The Hotel has had a major renovation and is the ideal place for a pre xmas drink, so drop in and try the Humpback Pale Ale on tap

We have finally released our new beers.  They are the Harvest Moon Organic Lager and Madam Rouge Strawberry Beer. The Harvest Moon organic lager uses only certified organic ingredients, we don't filter it or use any finings, so it remains true to the organic ethos. The Madam Rouge has been created using strawberry juice concentrate and does not have any artificial colours, flavour or preservatives. The Belair Fine Wine store, 9 Russell Street, Belair has the Fish Tale Pilsner and Humpback Pale Ale in bottles now.

The Sou'Wester stout is now available from the Austral Hotel in Rundle St, Adelaide. Of course, you can also order it online as well. The stout is a chocolate stout that has the rich roast attributes of standard stout with the smooth chocolate finish.
