Responsible Alcohol ConsumptionThe National Health and Medical Research Council have identified that women should drink no more than two standard drinks a day and that men should drink no more than four standard drinks a day. Any more than this can be harmful to your health. Both men and women should have two days a week when they don't drink any alcohol at all, in order to give your liver a break. There is no safe level of alcohol use whilst pregnant. If you are driving or operating heavy machinery or on medication, abstinence is recommended. Please do not drink and drive. |
