Our cider is made from Adelaide Hills apples. We take the juice, add the yeast and use the full flavour we can get from the apples naturally. Some Cideries blend juice back into the finished cider and then use sulphites to stop it fermenting. We don’t (and won’t) do that, we keep ours as natural as we can.
You can a pour a pale straw coloured, clear cider by carefully decanting the bottle into the glass, or you may wish to swirl the bottle to obtain the cloudy sediment from the bottom of the bottle.
There is nothing quite like the aroma of fresh apples.
The initial apple flavour explodes in your mouth and then finishes clean and dry on the palate, almost champagne like.
A cider brewed in the tradition of the English Scrumpy
